Job Details Description Do you take pride in keeping a building running smoothly and safelywhile making it feel like home? Were seeking an experienced Director of Facility Maintenance to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community. In this role, youll lead all aspects of building maintenance, safety, and preventative care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and families. What Youll Do

• Oversee and perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
• Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors
• Respond promptly to work orders and emergency repairs
• Partner with leadership to support a high-quality resident experience

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience in building or facility maintenance (skilled healthcare or assisted living a plus)

• Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular hours as needed
