The Maintenance Director oversees daily operations of the physical plant, ensuring the facility remains in good repair and safe for all. Responsibilities include preventative and restorative maintenance, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of healthcare-related maintenance and plant operations experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, including performance management and team collaboration.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
• Proficiency in Windows 10, with good reading, writing, and speaking English skills.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and using electronic work order systems is preferred.
