A leading Long Term Care company is recruiting a Maintenance Director to lead the Maintenance Team at a facility in Frederick County, MD.

This is a full-time, hourly position offering a great team, competitive wages, and excellent benefits.

• Hire, direct staff, and ensure dependable maintenance services while improving operating efficiencies and reducing costs.
• Present a professional image, provide supervision, training, and hands-on assistance.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and the State Department of Health.
• Work closely with the facility's Administrator and collaborate with other facilities and the corporate office for technical guidance.

• Preferred: 2 years of Long Term Care Facility experience.
