We seek an outstanding individual to lead our maintenance and housekeeping teams as a Director. You will impact residents' lives by maintaining their home, involving hands-on work and team management. Your role ensures the residence and grounds are well maintained, equipment functions properly, and the environment is safe and attractive.

• Experience in trades or maintenance, preferably electrical, HVAC, repairs
• Supervisory experience in maintenance/housekeeping
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Maintain and repair equipment, systems, structure, grounds
• Manage budget and supplies
• Supervise staff, hiring, training, scheduling
• Obtain quotes, oversee outside vendors
• Use maintenance system for work orders, inspections
• Schedule preventative maintenance, safety inspections
• Perform additional duties, including Manager-On-Duty and after-hours availability
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Follow policies and safety guidelines

This role involves exposure to various environments, weather, chemicals, and tools.
