Job Description :

We need a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team. You'll be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work and report directly to the facility Administrator.

You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance assignments to maintain excellent standards throughout Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.
  • Coordinating maintenance task completion with other members of the maintenance and environmental services team.
  • Ensuring compliance in building/equipment standards and documenting equipment inspections in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Managing a campus of 200+ units, including Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.
    • You'll Need To Have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with basic hand tools.
  • Knowledge of building equipment, codes, and systems.
  • The ability to complete tasks with little or no supervision.
  • Facility maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred.
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
