We need a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team. You'll be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work and report directly to the facility Administrator.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance assignments to maintain excellent standards throughout Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.Coordinating maintenance task completion with other members of the maintenance and environmental services team.Ensuring compliance in building/equipment standards and documenting equipment inspections in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.Managing a campus of 200+ units, including Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.You'll Need To Have:
A High School Diploma or GED.Experience with basic hand tools.Knowledge of building equipment, codes, and systems.The ability to complete tasks with little or no supervision.Facility maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred.The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.We're Proud To Offer You:
