Gallaway Health and Rehab in Gallaway, TN, is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Director to manage all maintenance duties for our healthcare facility. The Maintenance Director oversees the daily operations of the physical plant, ensuring the facility is in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include preventative and restorative maintenance, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare-related maintenance and plant operations.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience, including performance management and team leadership.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Proficiency in Windows 10, with good reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
• Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and familiarity with electronic work order systems.
