Maintenance Director - Regency Pacific : Job Details

• Possess senior living environmental experience, including knowledge of state and federal physical plant regulations such as fire, life, and safety.
• Maintain common areas, offices, resident rooms, equipment, and the exterior and grounds of the community.
• Follow and document preventive maintenance programs for the community and equipment.
• Train staff on emergency mitigation protocols and safety procedures.
• Refurbish resident rooms between tenants.
• Work a flexible schedule, including on-call hours, to ensure resident safety.
• Prevent loss, breakage, and waste of supplies and equipment.

• Ability to work safely and recognize/resolve potentially dangerous situations.
• At least three years of related experience in electrical repairs, plumbing, or carpentry, with experience in cost management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate positively with others.
• Ability to work independently.
• Compassion and interest in working with the senior population.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
