Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas is an intermediate care facility that cares for children with severe developmental and medically complex needs. We are champions for our residents, with employees who collaboratively work together to create and maintain the quality of life for our residents by fostering a safe and clean environment. This is a full-time Maintenance Director position that is under the direct report of the Director of Facilities. The primary focus and responsibilities of this position are to keep the building and premise of Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas in good condition while ensuring the safety and welfare of PCCA's residents.
Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all general repairs, construction, and maintenance of facility-owned property to ensure the safety and welfare of residents and employees at PCCA. The Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance department responsibilities and employees.
