Maintenance Director Jackson, MS - Kaizen Lab : Job Details

Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a Director of Maintenance to oversee the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of maintenance professionals, have an understanding of safety protocols and regulations, and be able to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans. The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of building systems and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise. Nursing home and HVAC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Director of Maintenance:

• Manage and oversee the maintenance of all buildings and equipment.
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Manage the budget for maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and inspect all equipment for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Train staff on proper use of equipment and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality service.
