Maintenance Controls Lead - Corning : Job Details

The purpose of this position is: Function as the controls expert/trainer within the Maintenance group (all 4 shifts), as well as interact with Engineering for knowledge transfer regarding control systems on new projects. Perform duties that include, but not limited to, troubleshoot, repair, replace, upgrade and maintain plant equipment in accordance with safety, preventative and predictive maintenance processes that meets operations short and long-term goals. This position includes significant duties such as: Focus of job role is to be the controls expert and trainer within the Maintenance group. Lead efforts to help the maintenance team become proficient with understanding PLCs, inputs and outputs, motors, drives, and various sensors. Document troubleshooting guides and standard practices regarding controls equipment. Maintain Equipment Readiness by providing timely repairs during scheduled/unscheduled down time to process and facility equipment, particularly controls related issues....Controls, Maintenance, Lead, Mechanical, Equipment, Manufacturing
