Job Title: Maintenance Controller
Job Description
As a Maintenance Controller, you will support flight crews by providing on-the-road maintenance assistance through phone, text, and email. You will coordinate with maintenance vendors remotely to ensure service and assist the Director of Maintenance with scheduled maintenance and planning. Additionally, you will perform both onsite and remote vendor audits, work flexible hours with potential short-notice schedule changes, and operate in a physically demanding role.
Responsibilities
Provide around-the-clock on-call maintenance coordination and oversight for five assigned aircraft from the Part 135 Charter Fleet.
Support flight crews with on-the-road maintenance support via phone, text, and email.
Communicate with maintenance vendors remotely to ensure timely service.
Assist the Director of Maintenance with scheduled maintenance and planning.
Perform onsite and remote vendor audits.
Work flexible/extended hours with short-notice schedule changes.
Essential Skills
Experience in aircraft maintenance and as a maintenance controller.
Experience with corporate jets including gulfstream, learjet, phenom.
Corporate experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficiency with computers and communication tools.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
Work Environment
This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from various locations. You will be required to work odd hours and be available for short-notice schedule changes. The role involves working in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment that may demand physical effort. The dress code and specific remote work technologies are not specified.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
