Must be able to climb ladder with no fear of heights. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend and stretch for extended periods. Must be able to work in outdoor environment during extreme weather. Primary Function: Maintain facilities working as a team with fellow employees, not always in your area of specialty. Responsible for construction, repair or modification of items and structures. Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing interior and exterior furnishings. Performance Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials used in rough-in and finish carpentry.
• Maintain inventory for construction and repairs.
• New construction to include framing, wood and metal studs, drywall, finish trim and cabinetry.
• Inspect and repair building system problems.
• Repair and install doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, and walls.
• Build/repair furniture.
• Install signage, bulletin boards, dry erase boards, pictures and signage.
