We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Associate for a Garden Style property with 318 units. The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for various duties to meet company goals.

The Maintenance Associate maintains grounds by removing trash, debris, and light vegetation from the property's amenities, exteriors, and common areas. They will also assist the onsite maintenance staff as needed.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and carpets.
• Keep building entrances clutter-free.
• Run errands for management.
• Fix minor technical issues, such as changing bulbs.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Perform seasonal cleaning tasks and exterior building cleaning.
• Clean rugs, windows, and furniture.
• Polish metalwork and clean walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash daily.
• Coordinate with technicians for complex maintenance tasks.
• Assist with unit turnover cleaning for pre-leasing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to understand instructions verbally and in writing.
• Effective communication, organizational skills, and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work with chemical cleaning solutions.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Operate tools and equipment, including power tools and heavy machinery.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Travel between properties as needed.

Constant movement around the property, adhering to safety protocols and using PPE.

Manual lifting, installing electrical items, cleaning, hauling trash, and moving large items. Equipment includes hand tools, ladders, yard equipment, vacuum, and cleaning products.

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with possible weekend work.
