Performs maintenance duties, including resolving difficult maintenance problems. This is a union position. Responsibilities Performs general maintenance of building, including painting and general repairs. Resolves difficult maintenance problems. Keeps related records. Maintains and repairs fitness equipment. Reports and resolves building problems. May service and inspect vans, and keep related records. May order maintenance and janitorial supplies and equipment. May maintain grounds, including mowing and weeding. May perform various duties such as cleaning building, and replacing soap, paper towels, light bulbs, and other supplies. May set up furniture for special events. May move furniture.
