The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Job Duties & Skills Required What You Will Do. Ensures building and equipment are in working order by performing preventative maintenance and repairing damage. Completes work orders in a timely fashion. Conducts general carpenter work using common hand and power tools. Diagnoses mechanical problems. Assembles structures such as furniture or pipe systems. Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts. Cleans and lubricates equipment. Paints and patches walls, equipment, and structures. Assembles, installs, and repairs electrical wiring.
