Journey Aviation is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Administrative Intern to join our team. The Intern will assist in overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities for our fleet of aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in aviation and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Assist in overseeing all maintenance activities for the company's fleet of aircraft

Assist in developing & maintaining maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

Monitor and track maintenance-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment

Assist in ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies related to maintenance activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records

Qualifications and Requirements:

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in aviation

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
