Join the *** Health corporate mailroom as a Mailroom Production Specialist, working in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment handling sensitive healthcare information. You'll operate high-volume digital printers and envelope inserter machines, manage mailroom logistics, and ensure timely and accurate output under strict deadlines.

• Operate large production printers and high-speed inserter machines

• Verify and process print jobs based on documentation

• Perform folding, inserting, postage stamping, and mail prep

• Lift boxes of envelopes/paper weighing up to 50 lbs

• Remain on your feet for most of the shift

• Multitask and meet tight schedules with precision and urgency

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
