Job Summary Join the mail facility team of a leading financial institution as a Mailroom Clerk, supporting essential day-to-day office operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, managing deliveries, overseeing supply stations, and assisting facilities with room setups. This is a hands-on, active role requiring strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent service across all levels of the business. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and distribute internal and external mail
  • Log and track courier shipments (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Deliver supplies to copier rooms and office coffee stations
  • Replenish items and stock supply areas as needed
  • Assist with training room setups and basic facilities maintenance
  • Respond to inquiries via Outlook email and phone
  • Support other office functions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Required Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in mailroom or similar clerical role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Some college or technical education
  • Exposure to executive-level environments
