Join our team as a Mailroom Associate, where you'll play a key role in managing the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, supporting document processing, and ensuring secure handling of sensitive materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable using office equipment and technology. What You'll Do

  • Receive, sort, and open incoming mail including applications, returned mail, and verification documents
  • Prep documents for scanning using separator sheets and batching procedures
  • Print and prepare outbound mail including appeals, MI, and immigration documents
  • Operate mailroom equipment such as letter openers, sorters, shredders, postage meters, and scanners
  • Scan and image documents, then store them securely in designated areas
  • Maintain mailroom and scanning equipment, reporting issues promptly to the Operations Manager
  • Follow established procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
