Job Description :
Working under the general guidance of the immediate supervisor, performs print shop duties including copying, printing, and scanning. Performs mailroom duties including handling US mail and interoffice mail, receiving and logging incoming packages from various carriers. Provides excellent customer service while performing Switchboard duties including, directing calls within the County, as well as when interacting with staff, departments, and the general public. Essential Job Duties Answering the main switchboard to direct the public and internal callers to the correct department/division. Fulfilling copy and print requests from departments/divisions. Interacting with internal staff, by email, in person, and by telephone, Receiving, sorting, and logging USPS mail, Fed Ex and UPS envelopes and packages Typical Requirements Education/ Experience:High school degree or GED and one year of working experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education and working experience.
