Mailroom Associate – Join Our Team!Location: Onsite in Lexington, KYPay: $15/hourSchedule:

• Training: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (2 weeks)
• Production: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – Clean Desk

About the Role:Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to roll up your sleeves? We're looking for a Mailroom Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. What You'll Do:

• Sort, prep, and scan incoming documents and mail
• Remove staples, envelopes, and organize documents for digital processing
• Receive, process, and archive both physical and electronic documents
• Collect and deliver mail throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and secure work area, following company protocols
• Sit or stand for extended periods to meet production needs

What We're Looking For:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly this is a physically active role
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED required
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Dependable and able to work full-time onsite

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $15.
