About the Mailroom Associate Role:
As a Mailroom Associate, youll play an essential role in supporting the smooth flow of document processing within a high-volume mailroom environment. Your responsibilities will focus on sorting, handling, and reviewing physical mail/documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
A typical day includes retrieving mail trays or boxes, removing documents from pre-opened envelopes, and sorting them based on established guidelines. Youll work closely with quality control procedures to identify discrepancies, ensure proper document classification, and maintain accuracy across every step of the process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in organization and attention to detail, and is comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks in a production-based setting.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600- $33,250.
