Titles: Mail Clerk Duration: Contract Location: New York, NY (10004) Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (37.5 hours per week) Pay: USD 16/hr - USD 17/hrPosition summary: Client is seeking a Mail Clerk with at least one year of clerical experience and intermediate Excel skills to support mail sorting, tracking, and reporting functions. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing business unit mail from Mortgage Loan Originators.
- Open, read, and time-stamp incoming mail.
- Recording/logging mail received tracking reports, keeping necessary records and completed forms.
- Track and manage reporting projects without daily oversight.
Skills:
- Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including working experience with Microsoft O365
- Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, mail merge, formulas to compare spreadsheets)
