Job Description :

Our client, in New Orleans is seeking a Mailroom clerk to join their team.

The Mail Clerk is responsible for managing and distributing mail within an organization. Here are the common duties and responsibilities:

  • Sort and collate incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Weigh mail to determine the correct postage.

  • Open and discard junk mail and record registered mail.

  • Use office equipment such as fax and scanning machines.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pound

  • Must be able to set up conference room

Pay rate: $15/hour
