Job Responsibilities
  • Processes UPS (United Parcel Service) on electric metering machines
  • Performs assigned maintenance duties when assigned
  • Knowledgeable in the work management system (EVCOR)
  • Operates electric Hi-Lo, Manual & electric palley mover, wave & various two and four wheel handcarts.
  • Processes requisitions for inhouse/DSR orders.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
    • Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Six months previous experience in Mail Services or Shipping/Receiving environment.
  • Six months experience with electronic mailing/metering equipment.
  • Minor mechanical mobility necessary.
  • Must be familiar with wrapping/binding equipment.
  • Must be able to lift seventy pounds manually.
  • Basic knowledge of warehousing activities necessary to perform related duties in a safe expeditious manner. Required to lift heavy merchandise. Must be able to handle mobile power equipment.
  • Required to work in cold climate during winter months.
