Review and verify physician orders, patient history, and any contraindications (e.g., metal implants, pregnancy, or allergies to contrast agents). Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues to the appropriate department. Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: TX License Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited MRI technologist program. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI (ARRT-MR) or equivalent. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
