The Environmental Services Intern supports Macys, Inc. by conducting technical reviews of documents and contributing to research projects related to environmental compliance and sustainability programs. The intern applies foundational knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability to real-world initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a corporate setting. What You Will Do Conduct technical reviews of daily supplemental environmental surveys and related reports. Update the environmental database with reports and associated data. Identify gaps and opportunities in recycling and waste diversion data to support sustainability initiatives. Assist with vendor pre-qualification processes. Perform research and support data collection for air and stormwater permitting. Contribute research to various environmental compliance and sustainability projects.
