Machining Operations Manager - SNAP-ON : Job Details

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily manufacturing operation through asset managers and cell leaders. Establish operational strategies by evaluating operation trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, and customer service strategies; acquiring resources; resolving problems; and implementing change. Develop manufacturing financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; and minimizing the impact of variances. Produce products that meet customer expectations by formulating, installing, and enforcing effective manufacturing practices; developing and improving production procedures, methods, and techniques; and developing and enforcing inspection and quality assurance standards, procedures, and methods.
