The Machinery Rebuild Specialist will work on disassembling and reassembling manufactured machinery using hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to perform operations accurately.

• Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures
• Proficient in or able to be trained in welding, hydraulics, electrical, and assembly
• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to meet Quality Standards
• Use equipment required by the job function proficiently
• Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs
• Be prepared to get dirty during disassembly and reassembly tasks
• Adhere to safety, quality, inventory, and production guidelines
• Report issues to supervisor
• Seek methods to improve efficiency, speed, and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in operating various hand, electric, and powered tools
• Previous mechanical experience and/or training
• Welding experience preferred
• Ability to read/write and follow instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand schematics
• Understanding of equipment performance

• Good speech, hearing, and sight
• Ability to sit, reach, climb, stand, walk, and lift (intermittent)
• Lift up to 50 pounds
