This includes Automated assembly consisting of Robots, PLCs, Camera/ Vision Systems, automated Screwdrivers, etc. with the ability to troubleshoot, act independently with minimal supervision. What you can look forward to as a PCBA Maintenance Technician Basic troubleshooting of electrical systems locate shorts in wiring; use multimeter to check continuity, power, and phases, use amp probe. Conducts basic tests or analysis on production equipment to determine operability. Applies standard troubleshooting techniques to determine and correct for malfunctions. Capable of operating & performing maintenance on SMT equipment; Insert/ Onsert, Screen Print, Inspection (API, AOI), Reflow oven, Laser Etch, X-Ray, etc. as required.
