Machine Shop Manager - PUK Penny & Giles Controls Limited : Job Details

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Exlar team!

As our Machine Shop Supervisor, you will oversee and ensure the setup and operation of all standard machines, including tool and die making, as well as general experimental machinery. You will also recommend design changes in equipment, materials, and procedures as needed.

Salary: $75,000 to $100,000

Please note that the salary range is a general guideline only, based in Minnesota. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, the scope of the position, and market considerations.

Your responsibilities include:

What You Bring

• High School diploma
• Must be a US Person
• Experience with CNC machining
• 2-5 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Blueprint reading and inspection certification
• Experience with manufacturing cutting tools and fixturing

Exlar manufactures electromechanical linear actuators, rotary servo motors, and control solutions for various applications. Our technology offers efficient electric alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, with forces up to 80,000 pounds and speeds up to 60 inches per second.
