Machine Operator/ Trainee - Express Employment : Job Details

Located in Kaukauna, WI Salary: $18.00 /HourHours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 7:00pm Pay: $18.00 /Hour Duties:

• Interpret and follow production orders while operating automated equipment.
• Conduct inspections, perform product tests, and complete daily inspection logs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Accurately label, weigh, record, and package cases/rolls on pallets in accordance with packing specifications.
• Monitor production output and make necessary equipment adjustments to minimize waste.
• Provide support across the production floor as needed; maintain clear and effective communication with team members.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform general cleaning duties on the production floor.
• Assist in all phases of machine operations, including coverage for breaks, changeovers, projects, and vacations

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, up to 50 lbs.
• Previous machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistent and reliable attendance with punctuality.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic math skills; mechanical aptitude a plus.
