Top Job Located in Canby, OR Salary: $20Position: Machine OperatorLocation: CanbyPay: $20/hr., with a lot of OT available! After 90 days, you will have the opportunity to earn an average of $24/hr., in addition to incentive pay! #1939STPosition Overview:Join our production team to help build high-performance automotive batteries using automated and semi-automated equipment. You'll operate machinery, make necessary adjustments during minor troubleshooting, and take part in routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing components. Visual inspections and quality assurance checks will be part of your daily workflow to help keep operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:

• Run production equipment and adjust controls to maintain optimal performance
• Load raw materials or components into machines as needed
• Inspect finished goods for quality and document both conforming and non-conforming items
• Keep machines and workspaces clean between jobs
• Adhere to detailed instructions and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Willingness to work shifts exceeding 12 hours
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel throughout the day
• Capable of working in high-temperature environments
• Comfortable with basic digital tools and able to perform simple math and literacy tasks
• Reliable availability for overtime, weekend shifts, and occasional extended hours
• Must wear all required personal protective equipment consistently
