Impact: - - \#2 Coater Operator operates as part of a three-person team in the processing of PVC and urethane laminates, as well as production of urethane materials.- Operations will include applying adhesives to paper or films, laminating, backstripping, winding, transferring adhesive, and inspecting and unloading of processed material. Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift. Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.
