Machine Operator/Production - Top Shelf Staffing : Job Details

Set up: Install tooling for the set up ensuring the tooling is put in the proper place per the set up sheets. Adjust machine to make good pieces. Have qc check parts.Operate: Check pieces to the quality standards and then dump a 4 pound basket. Adjust machine as required to maintain tolerance. Change tooling as needed. Computer checks as required on the QC documents. Load machine. Maintain machine in good working order. Tumble parts to eliminate burrs and chips as needed.Requirements Read and understand blueprints. Read and understand standard measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, pitch micrometers, hardness testers, thread gauges and various specialized hand gauges.
