Machine Operator - Nights - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Under general supervision performs all responsibilities necessary to operate, troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain the injection molding machines and metrology equipment. Able to perform a variety of tasks needed to monitor and adjust the process to improve quality. Assist with Preventative Maintenance of equipment. Monitor equipment and process status for new products. Able to perform routine cleaning and non-routine maintenance with adherence to all safety policies and procedures. Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives. Maintain current knowledge and adhere to provisions of FDA, OSHA, GMP, M - Ps, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, equipment specifications and process specifications. Monitors and adjusts the process to improve throughout. Responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the equipment while adhering to all safety procedures in the Injection Molding area. Performs routine cleaning and clearing of equipment.
