Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines such as die-casting, cold forging, and coating equipment
- Follow operator instructions and safety procedures carefully
- Conduct quality and machine checks as instructed
- Accurately complete production sheets and record scrap or downtime codes
- Keep machines and work areas clean and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Identify appropriate raw materials according to the bill of materials
- Stop or contain processes to prevent product quality issues when necessary
- Rework product when needed and support teammates during breaks

The Person
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or GED
- Can read and understand operator instructions
- Can lift up to 60 lbs and work on their feet for long periods
- Has basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Communicates clearly about process and product issues
- Is willing to work multiple machines and step in to help when needed
