Helpmates is seeking an experienced Jr Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The Jr Machine Operator- Level B operates and performs intermediate set-ups on various manual and automated machines. Schedule: Shift 1 & 2 available Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hr. DOE Job Duties: Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and production instructions to determine dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of operations. Perform basic machine setups with guidance. Operate machines including (but not limited to): Lathes and Mills (manual and CNC) Shear and Brake Presses Saws (automated and manual) Swaging, Polishing, Drawing, Straightening, and Heat Treat equipment Vacuum Furnaces and HON machines Assemble and trim tubing or metal components according to dispatch or blueprints.
