MACHINE OPERATOR - Personnel Services : Job Details

Demonstrate mastery of Creel Associate and Cut/ Take Off Operator functions. Read and follow engineering diagrams to set up materials on pultrusion lines. Accurately count, measure, and weigh materials. Follow all safety, quality, and service standards. Understand material mixes and identification requirements. Handle and store hazardous materials safely. Maintain knowledge of part numbers and product identification. Communicate effectively with shift personnel. Locate pultrusion line materials and perform machine setups. Ensure consistent and on-time delivery of materials. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions. Problem-solving skills for standardized situations.
