We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with strong technical abilities to join our team in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, performing machine setup and adjustments, and ensuring high-quality production output in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications. Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work orders. Measure and inspect parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate production logs and documentation. Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
