Machine Operator - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machines Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards Assist with packaging, labeling, and inspecting products on the production line Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Communicate production delays or equipment issues to supervisors Participate in overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required training provided for motivated candidates Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to be flexible and assist in different production tasks Ability to work well in a team environment Physical Requirements: Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Able to sit, stand frequently, and bend occasio...Machine Operator, Operator, Staffing, Production
