12 Hour Shifts Night and Days Summary: The following details the job responsibilities / expectations of a molding inspector/packer: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow all rules and procedures related to Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Production. Report all unsafe conditions and concerns to your Group Leader immediately. Follow all housekeeping / 6 S requirements. Visually check the quality of parts being packed per set up sheet. Pack parts into boxes according to packaging specifications. Use paging system to call support personnel to press. Make boxes. Fill out Traceability log & apply labels properly. Use floor grinders Operate palletizer and/or hand jack Assist in the printing department to load product in printers as needed. Other duties assigned by Group Leader or Cell Leader.
