Description This position is responsible for operating or assisting in a direct mail manufacturing environment with a focus on reduction in cost related errors, exceeding client expectation, and driving a safe workplace.
- Operate and maintain equipment Perform adjustments on machine per job instructions
- Meet and exceed production standards and maintaining customer quality requirements
- Communicate job status and production concerns/issues during shift change
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot problems with minimum delay time
- Communicate with Management on any problems developing and corrective action
- Work with urgency when equipment is down to maintain production requirements
- Continue learning new and improved processes to achieve increased production
- Facilitate teamwork among team members and between shifts
- Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
