Position: Machine Operator Industry: Steel & ManufacturingSalary: $20+/hourSchedule: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 4:00 PM)Contract Type: Temporary to HirePosition Overview:We are looking for candidate(s) with experience in a continuous process machining environment with a strong focus on Quality and Teamwork to join the team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Strong work history with at least 2-3 years of experience.Responsibilities:Continuous process machining environment.Work with hand tools and power tools.Proficient in the use of precision gagesLoad, stack, and transport stock, tool, and work in process by hand or crane.The ideal candidate will possess:Ability to read and understand blueprintsMotivated, detail oriented and the ability to perform as a team playerGood reading and math skillsStrong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityHigh school education or GEDAble to read, write, and speak EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skills As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
