Machine Operator - Seal & Design : Job Details

As the Machine Operator you would fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.First Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pmSecond Shift: Monday through Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:30am ($1 shift differential)Operates machinery safely according to company policiesPerforms first-piece inspection and in-process inspectionCross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlinesRequirementsTo be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:Experience: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing settingEducation: High School DiplomaSkills: Ability to use measurement tools accurately, strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., Ability to read, write and speak in EnglishCharacteristics: Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to work independently and as a member of a teamBenefits
