Top Job Located in Rantoul, IL Salary: $15-17We're hiring Machine Operators for a fast-paced production facility. You'll be responsible for running turret punches, PEM inserters, press machines, and other equipment to help keep product moving through the line. This is a great opportunity for someone with shop or production experience who's dependable and ready to work.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate turret punch machines, PEM inserters, and press machines
• Load materials into machines and unload finished parts
• Perform basic quality checks and report defects
• Follow production orders, safety procedures, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Familiarity with turret, PEM, or press machines a plus (willing to train the right person)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Reliable and team-oriented
