Have a working knowledge of Safety Methods and Procedures. (i.e. Proper Lifting Techniques, Proper Knife Handling Techniques, MSDS, etc..)2. Assure the type and quality of cheese being used matches the customer specifications, food safety & quality standards, and efficiency standards through product inspections .. Assure the machine is set up correctly for the run prior to running cheese .. Neatly, accurately and legibly maintain all records and documentation .. Operate metal detectors as needed, including completing required paperwork .. Perform minor maintenance and/or Preventative Maintenance (PM) to equipment ..
