Machine Operator 3rd shift - Ametek : Job Details

The Machine Operator position will: Provide recommendations to operations teams to resolve any safety concerns, identify safety risks, and proactively reduce these safety risks to improve operations. The primary focus is the establishment of an Injury-Free Workplace Culture. Sets-up, operates, adjusts equipment, and lays out material in accordance with instructions to meet health & safety, quality, and production standards. Measure and visually inspect product, apply in-process quality control methods and statistical process control (SPC) during product processing to ensure that it meets specified requirements. Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) such as cleaning tooling, guides and other parts contacting the product, inspect accessible parts for wear, check and maintain the proper level of fluids and other media, and otherwise ensure work centers are in good operational order.
