Machine Operator - 3rd shift - Kelly Services : Job Details

Setting up machines, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting any issues. This role also involves training junior operators and suggesting process improvements. The operator reports to the Production Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Maintain clean work areas and tools to reduce downtime. Fabricate, process, and assemble products according to instructions and specifications. Use standard mechanical tools and lift light to moderate weights throughout shift. Monitor machines for malfunctions and report issues to the Supervisor. Inspect finished products and maintain accurate production records. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues. Train and support junior operators. Suggest and help implement process improvements. Follow safety policies and industry regulations. Complete other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
