Job Description:The Machine Operator 2 is responsible for operating production equipment and meeting area production goals .Duties and Responsibilities* Set up and operate assigned equipment* May use computer to load printer software* Load/unload sealing and printing equipment with product and packaging material* Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required* Inspect and verify product according to quality standards* Work with Set Up Technician to resolve problems with equipment* Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation* Break down scrap packages* Able to work effectively within small teams* Accurately complete scrap tickets* Accurately complete daily production sheet* Accurately update hourly goal board* Maintain production pace and standards* Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area* Practice 5SsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities* Understand and follow verbal and written instructions* Basic math skills* Basic mechanical skills* Basic computer skillsEducation and Experience Requirements* High school diploma or equivalent* 1-2 years of machine operation experienceMilwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
